Since 2008, attorney Molly Watson has provided special education representation to parents of children with disabilities regarding their child's individualized education program, commonly known as an "IEP." She champions the right of children with
disabilities to a free appropriate public education "FAPE" that meets their unique needs in the least restrictive environment.

We understand that not every parent who needs legal help can afford to pay legal fees. For this reason, as a special service, we offer special education due process services free of charge to qualifying families.
